SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Historical Binoculars is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Historical Binoculars is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside the [Country/Region].

Returns & Refunds for Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The binoculars must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. Items purchased as part of a package must be returned as a complete set.

  • Non-returnable Items: Any items marked "All Sales Final" or those that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Visit our website and navigate to the returns section to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Place the item securely in its original packaging, including the proof of purchase and RMA form.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Send Your Return: Ship your return to the provided address in the return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Allow at least 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process to return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
